Susi and the Latitude 38 Team work with clients to enable them to see opportunities in complex challenges through visual thinking. Using visual exercises individuals and teams express ideas, learn new perspectives, make connections and develop new ways forward. Though we are often inhibited by critical voices, Susi believes everyone can draw. Helping individuals and teams practice drawing out their challenges is often a catalyst for healthy team dialogue, enhanced collaboration, clear actions that align with strategic priorities.
Susi has worked with business schools including Stanford, IESE, Cranfield School of Management and Cambridge University to inspire visual thinking skills in students as well as executive education programs. She has spent 25 years designing and leading events, projects and longer term programs at diverse organizations such as California Academy of Science, MOCA LA, Bank of America, Cisco Systems, and Disney. She is passionate about helping clients see opportunities in their challenges and turn their creative potential into actionable results.
