Over 20 years of leading interaction and experience design efforts, Susi found that bringing diverse teams together, facilitating understanding, ignited the most effective team innovation and sustainable results. Working with teams to model and build their own facilitation and collaboration capacity, and skills, using visual exercises, enable more sustainable growth than leading initiatives. As teams practice new skills and experiment together, they naturally build collaborative, creative habits that help them see what is emerging, adapt to what they are inspired to achieve and lead together.
Susi is passionate about the way visual facilitation helps diverse individuals and groups see the whole, as well as the more detailed patterns. This allows the groups wisdom to unearth opportunities to work more effectively and joyfully together. As the complexity of our challenges continues to increase, facilitation often helps groups connect the dots and acts as a catalyst for more coherent action.
