I alone cannot change the world, but I can cast a stone across the water to create many ripples.

-Mother Teresa

Susi Watson brought not only her skill as a facilitator and artist to our conference, but more importantly her passion for open, honest, clear communication. She engaged a diverse group in a set of no-nonsense exercises that pointed out individual contributions and organizational strengths. The highest compliment however, comes from hearing key concepts from the conference used by my colleagues in the hallway months after the event. As we enter a period of pronounced change, we are fortunate to have the skills we need to not just deal with the change, but to embrace it.

FACILITATE Creativity, Stakeholder Alignment and Strategic Action

Over 20 years of leading interaction and experience design efforts, Susi found that bringing diverse teams together to understand each-others perspectives, strengths and contributions, ignited team innovation and improved results around even the most complex challenges. The word FACILITATE; making an action or process easier, is an art form that requires ongoing practice, like most skills. Helping teams build their own facilitation skills, using visual exercises, has proven to create the space to develop more effective and sustainable collaborations. As teams practice new skills and experiment together, they naturally build collaborative, innovative habits. Susi is passionate about the way visual facilitation helps diverse individuals and groups see the whole, using their group wisdom to unearth opportunities to work more joyfully together on our increasingly complex, interconnected challenges. Here are a few representative examples types of facilitated teamwork;
